aedge (Art Educators’ Developmental & Generative Explorations) is an annual art teachers’ exhibition organised by the Singapore Teachers Academy for the aRts (STAR) to encourage art teachers to hone their art practices and enhance the professional excellence of the fraternity.
In 2011, STAR was set up to enhance the professional expertise and practice of Art and Music teachers to improve the quality of art and music education in our schools.
We are a distinctive Academy that ignites passion and inspires Professional Excellence in Art and Music Teaching by working closely with our Art and Music teachers, and school leaders in understanding and supporting their Professional Development growth.
